We focus on the joy of making art for an epic camp experience.   We foster creative thinking, experiment with new materials and techniques, and do so in a fun, nurturing and small class environment. ​

Camp projects will include one or more of the following. We will complete 2 to 4 projects depending on the level of difficulty. 

 

• Fluid Art and Paint Pouring

• Acrylic painting

• Clay Sculptures and/or wall sculpture

• Textured art

• Mixed Media Art

• Found objects

• Drawing

• Paper mache

Refreshments: Snacks and water are always provided. Please be specific about food allergies on the sign-up form.

 

Age: 8-12

Children must currently be in 2nd grade during the Spring of 2024  or have completed second grade

Materials: Provided 

 

Painting Clothes: Please have children wear painting clothes. Aprons are provided yet, never enough.

Drop-Off Camp:   Parents must exit the studio once camp begins.

Blooming Arts House private studio is located in NW Bakersfield CA 93312, off Hageman and Old Farm Rd.
